Le premier article de Nature sur la technologie de l'impression 3D en 2024 a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9 le 27 f\u00e9vrier. Une \u00e9quipe de recherche de l'Institut des m\u00e9taux de l'Acad\u00e9mie chinoise des sciences a publi\u00e9 un article intitul\u00e9 \"High fatigue resistance in a titanium alloy via near void-free 3D printing\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L'article soutient que les microstructures imprim\u00e9es en 3D sous-jacentes ont une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la fatigue naturellement \u00e9lev\u00e9e et que la d\u00e9gradation de cette propri\u00e9t\u00e9 peut \u00eatre caus\u00e9e par la pr\u00e9sence de micropores. Les efforts conventionnels visant \u00e0 \u00e9liminer les micropores aboutissent souvent \u00e0 un grossissement des tissus, tandis que le processus de r\u00e9affinement des tissus entra\u00eene la r\u00e9apparition de la porosit\u00e9 et d\u00e9clenche m\u00eame de nouveaux inconv\u00e9nients tels que l'enrichissement de la phase \u03b1 aux joints de grains, ce qui rend le dilemme de la microstructure difficile pour les efforts entrants et sortants.
Au cours de ses recherches sur le traitement thermique, l'\u00e9quipe du CAS a d\u00e9couvert une fen\u00eatre cl\u00e9 du processus de post-traitement o\u00f9 la transformation de phase et la croissance du grain des alliages de titane imprim\u00e9s en 3D \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature sont asynchrones. La transition de phase \u03b1 \u00e0 \u03b2 se produit imm\u00e9diatement avec une surchauffe suffisante, et bien que la temp\u00e9rature de croissance de la phase \u03b2 ait \u00e9t\u00e9 atteinte, les limites des grains ont besoin d'une p\u00e9riode de gestation pour se r\u00e9arranger. Profitant de cette pr\u00e9cieuse fen\u00eatre de traitement thermique, les chercheurs ont identifi\u00e9 une m\u00e9thode de traitement thermique combinant le pressage isostatique \u00e0 chaud et le traitement de courte dur\u00e9e \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature, qui permet \u00e0 la fois d'affiner les tissus et d'emp\u00eacher l'enrichissement de la phase \u03b1 ainsi que la r\u00e9apparition des micropores, pour finalement pr\u00e9parer des alliages de titane imprim\u00e9s en 3D \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat quasi-impr\u00e9gn\u00e9 et presque microporeux.<\/p>\n\n\n
